[Mozilla Enterprise] WG: Restore Classic Print Preview Dialog Box UI in Mozilla Firefox

There is a preference to turn it off right now (print.tab_modal.enabled),
but that preference will be going away in the near future. That preference
can be managed via policy.

Personally, I love it. Much more usable than our old printing stuff (which
honestly hadn't been updated in 10+ years).

Duplex and Simplify Printing mode should hopefully land in this Nightly
release, which are a couple of the most requested features we’re lacking.
