[Mozilla Enterprise] CHange default profile root folder

Hello, 

Is it possible to change the default profile root folder? 
We use to set the user's firefox profile folder on a network share like "H:\firefox" or on laptop "d:\users\<login>\firefox" 
so we created a profile.ini file that points to these folders. But now it doesn't work anymore. 
How can we make sure that the default profile is not in the user's APPDATA?
