[Mozilla Enterprise] Cache locations on Linux?

For years, we've been using the the Firefox pref 'browser.cache.disk.parent_directory' to set the cache location - but I notice that the location $HOME/.cache/mozilla/firefox/<profilename>/ is also used to cache things

Does anyone know how to change the location of whatever is cached to $HOME/.cache/mozilla/firefox/<profilename>/ to somewhere else?
