[Mozilla Enterprise] local domains seen as search engine words?

For clarification:

If using Local Group policies GPO for FF-78.4.0esr, all settings in "Preferences (Deprecated)" must be removed, setting should be like 'not configured' ('Nicht konfiguriert' in German).

Whole branch "Preferences (Deprecated)" must not be removed or must it be removed to get GPO settings working reliable?
