[Mozilla Enterprise] Help recreating a SAML POST issue

We appear to have an old regression relating to SAML not working unless
localfilelinks policy is set:

I have no way to recreate this problem so that I can debug.

Does anyone have a SAML setup that has been failing in Firefox that is
externally focusing so that it can be debugged?

The specific bug is related to SAML POST.
