[Mozilla Enterprise] What is 3870112724rsegmnoittet-es.sqlite

What is 3870112724rsegmnoittet-es.sqlite (and other files like that), 
why it is in \storage\permanent\chrome in firefox/thunderbird profile 
and why does it keep getting bigger? I can delete everything in that 
folder and it does absolutely nothing in my browser, it just rebuilds 
that folder when I restart FF/TB. When it is rebuild it is at first very 
small.

If that is not needed why is it "permanent"?

How can I get rid of it? It eats up a lot of roaming space.
