[Mozilla Enterprise] Set Firefox to use main bookmarks folder rather than "other bookmarks"

Another confusing issue with the 'Other bookmarks' folder is the name 
itself. When you add a bookmark, would you expect it to go to the 
'Other' folder?

If the naming was more clear on what the folder is for, end-users 
wouldn't struggle so much with it. I remember when this first happened 
to me (I'm not an end-user, I'm in IT in a lead role) I was scratching 
my head as to why this behaviour was changed at all. And yes, I was 
cursing as I couldn't find the bookmark I'd just added.

If the folder was named "New bookmarks" or "New/unsorted bookmarks" 
end-users would likely not struggle with trying to find them.
