[Mozilla Enterprise] Limit size of 'storage' folder/directory in user profiles?

Right now we base it entirely on hard drive space (which clearly doesn't
work if there are quotas at play).
Can you file a bug for this and let me know the bug number?
We should have a way to override the hard drive space check for disk quotas.
