[Mozilla Enterprise] 78.0 ESR download?

Hey all...

I'm not having any success finding the ESR version of 78.0 to download...even on the releasenotes page (it seems to direct to 68.10 ESR). Is this just my incompetence?

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/78.0esr/releasenotes/ - if you click download at the top or try to find different variants (32bit or 64 bit) it just downloads 64 bit of 68.10 ESR with no option of selecting 32 bit options.
