[Mozilla Enterprise] deploy ublock origin on existing profile

Hi,

I search method to deploy Ublock Origin 
<https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/> on 
_existing profile for Firefox ESR_.

I have find how to deploy on new profile, but not on existing profile 
without user interaction.

Is it possible ?
