[Mozilla Enterprise] Icons and buttons in taskbar

I just ran a test with Firefox Portable version 60 and I see the same
behavior as 68.

Even though I changed the desktop icon, it's launched as Firefox and double
clicking the shortcut adds to the existing entry.

My guess is something else was configured for that version of Firefox, but
I don't know what it would be.
