[Mozilla Enterprise] Error with using system proxy settings (when changing from using "automatic proxy configuration URL" by default via policies.json)

Hello all,

I'm running into a network setting error and I was wondering if anyone has witnessed the same.

I used to use autoconfig for 60.9 ESR. Starting with 68 ESR I've used policies.json. In the Network settings I use "Automatic proxy configuration URL". However, there is another team that needs to change it to "Use system proxy settings", and when they do this they can't connect to audio/video servers. Previously in 60.9 ESR and autoconfig, it worked but not in 68.8 ESR.

Does anyone know or have witnessed this issue? Is it possibly because I set the policy to use a specific proxy which is somehow affecting when other users change it to "use system" instead of "automatic proxy"?
