[Mozilla Enterprise] setup.msi or setup64.msi for Legacy Browser Support

It works from Firefox to IE, by using the central enterpriselist we already
have for IE to run old applications.
Didn't test it the other way round though. Guess that will be hard since
Firefox is within an App-v-package. Might be worth a try though.
