[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 78.0.2 released

Firefox ESR 78.0.2 is now available for download at
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-esr

This releases fixes a security issue as well as a couple of regressions.

These issues do not affect the 68 branch, so there's no corresponding ESR
