[Mozilla Enterprise] IPSILAN/MOZILLA : Firefox doesn't use system certificate store

Just curious, have you tested the latest Firefox ESR?

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/68.4.2esr/

We did have some regressions as a result of this bug, in particular this
one:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1578882

If it doesn't work with the latest ESR, we'll get a bug opened and figure
it out.
