[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox 71 und Firefox 68.3.0esr do not open File-Links e.g. PDF, DOCX, XLSX ... in a Windows Server 2012R2/Citrix Environment as a normal User

This problem got fixed in the out-of-schedule update to Firefox 68.4.2esr
today.
