[Mozilla Enterprise] No sound on websites with 78esr

No, we don’t use Firefox-installation on a network-drive. We also tried start Firefox in safe mode or with a new profile. There’s still no sound.

Sorry, but I cannot use mozregression. It crahes with errors on my machine (Win 10 1909 - 64Bit).

But today we find out the the problem might only occur when we use Remote Desktop to connect on workstations. If on that workstation Firefox is running in version 78esr, there’s no sound coming over the RDP-session.

This ist the configuration for sandboxing:
security.sandbox.content.level = 6

May you can also test to confirm the problem with using RDP on a computer which is running version 78esr?

A couple more thoughts.

Have you modified any sandbox preferences:?

In about:config, check security.sandbox.content.level

Does it work in safe mode or a new profile?

Would you be willing to use mozregression to figure out when it started?
