[Mozilla Enterprise] Upgrade from 52 -> 78 won't upgrade the user profile

Hello,

I have a problem. Upgrading from Mozilal 52 to 78 doesn't upgrade the
existing profile, but it creates a new one without the old bookmarks,
etc....

Why is it doing this?
