[Mozilla Enterprise] Chrome webextension for Firefox

In theory it should be portable, but since it runs on the server and not
the client, it's not something I could look at.

In particular, there's a specific web socket connection it does to the
Citrix server to do it's work.

I'll reach out to my Citrix contacts and see what they say.
