[Mozilla Enterprise] Problem preventing users from saving credentials in 78 ESR

Hi

I have a problem with 78 ESR, a customer have the requirement to not allow
the users to save any logins / passwords in any browser, I have configured
Firefox GPO using latest ADMX 2.1 files to disable password manager,
disable offer to save logins, this works on Firefox 68.11.0 ESR and older,
but on 78.1.0 ESR this setting does not work, user can save passwords and
are offered to save login credentials,

About:policies shows settings are read:

OfferToSaveLogins

false

OfferToSaveLoginsDefault

false


DisablePasswordReveal

true


DisableMasterPasswordCreation

true


i have logged a bug report on this but no answer yet, i have also
reproduced in my lab environment, i have got it to work once using msi
installer, but not on exe installed, and if i uninstall exe installed and
install msi it does not work, so seems something gets tainted.

Any input would be appreciated,
