[Mozilla Enterprise] Why the flash plugin does not update automatically ?

Also, why is Mozilla reporting the last Flash Player security update from February apsb20-06 as vulnerable? The last two Flash Player updates have only contained bug fixes and not any security patches.  Out of date would be appropriate but vulnerable is misleading.

AFAIK the updating is an Adobe specific process that operates independently from Firefox..  We update the IE plug-in by way of Windows Update for Win10 and Firefox gets updated with our regular update processes.  We have a software distribution agreement in place with Adobe (Free) that allows us to logon an Adobe site to download and then push the update.  Unless something has changed the Adobe installer requires “admin rights” so end users cannot install.  (End users NEVER have admin rights.)

But since a few days we have the Shockwave Flash plugin (currently on 32.0.0.330) asking to update:

Do you know why it doesn’t update automatically to latest version 32.0.0.363 ?
