[Mozilla Enterprise] Why the flash plugin does not update automatically ?

Hello,

We have on our computers Firefox ESR 68.7.0 and they are configured to update the plugins automatically

But since a few days we have the Shockwave Flash plugin (currently on 32.0.0.330) asking to update:

Do you know why it doesn't update automatically to latest version 32.0.0.363 ?
