[Mozilla Enterprise] Forcing Master Password?

Hallo ,

i am searching for an Option to force the activation of the Master Password  in Firefox ESR.
The only Group policie setting i found was DisableMasterPasswordCreation.
But there is no way to set this Point.

We want the stored Passwords in the Firefox profile to be encrypted.
