[Mozilla Enterprise] Slowness with Firefox ESR 60

I confirm that we use autoconfig.js with a specific mozilla.cfg file and policy.
We’re going to open a bug on bugzilla about that.

Are you using any customizations or anything like that (autoconfig, policy)?
