[Mozilla Enterprise] Legacy Browser Support configuration and default browser

Hello,

Is it possible to configure Legacy Browser Support so that a user keeps a default browser he chooses (even "legacy browser" let's say) fort most URLs but only then, according to the URL/domain list defined by the administrator, Firefox or legacy browser is forced?
