[Mozilla Enterprise] Verifying Policies.Json Settings

I tend to run it through a JSON linter to check syntax first.
When active (and valid), about:preferences should have a link at the top
which reads "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This
points to about:policies, which then shows all of your active policy
settings (and some documentation, as well).
Slightly off topic, but it would be REALLY nice to have these for
Thunderbird as well. Currently, Thunderbird policy templates/documentation
is somewhat lacking.
