[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 60.9 and Firefox ESR 68.1 released

Just a reminder that testing with 68.1esr now will allow us to potentially
fix reported bugs *before* 68.2esr is shipped in October and ESR60 users
are migrated to it.
