[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 60.9 and Firefox ESR 68.1 released

Full list of changes is way too big to read (5202 bugs found.)
This is the bug I'm talking about and it seems that it isn't in that list:

status-firefox-esr68: --- → fixed
Milestone is 70
Does this mean that it is fixed in 68.1, or am I reading that incorrectly?
I have to verify by testing when I have time.
