[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 60.9 and Firefox ESR 68.1 released

I don't see fix for the homepage reset at upgrade from 60 to 68 to what 
is set in policies.json instead of keeping users homepages. Is it fixed 
yet. If not make sure that is fixed before forcing to upgrade because 
that is serious showstopper bug.
