[Mozilla Enterprise] Issue SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

There is an application "InstallRoot" that allows you to manage the CA
certificates.  InstallRoot, besides managing Microsoft certificate stores,
allows you to add Firefox, Thunderbird and Java certificate stores, so you
can update the CA certificates using this application.
