[Mozilla Enterprise] Issue SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

 I'm facing an issue on firefox and i need some help please.
I set up a PKI infrastructure, but firefox is not recognizing my root CA.
i'm still having the "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER", i followed the
documentation which told me to set the "security_enterprise_roots.enabled"
to "true"
after following that procedure, it works only on some PCs in my network. we
use firefox 68.2.0esr on windows 10 OS.
I mention that i'am not using any intermediate certificat.

I really don't know what can be the cause of this issue because everything
is working well with other browsers.
