[Mozilla Enterprise] Hyperlinks in Outlook causing pop error with Firefox

Good Morning,

When clicking on a Hyperlink in Outlook I get the following pop message "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window".  I haven't seen this issue since updating to Firefox v68 ESR. What could cause this issue? We have one default Firefox profile that we've renamed "firefox.default". Any help will be greatly appreciated.
