[Mozilla Enterprise] Autoupdate cannot be disabled anymore in mozilla.cfg

We don't make every preference available via policy. It uses our existing
policy list.
You can continue to use autoconfig to set prefs that aren't supported via
policy.
But app update is specifically only available via policy now.
