[Mozilla Enterprise] Removing a user installed search engine from Firefox

Modifying that file directly will create problems. Your best bet is to hide
the engine. We have a policy for that, but I only put the ability to hide
all engines in the CCK2.

If I did add it to CCK2, I'd probably just use the policy (and it would be
ESR only).
