[Mozilla Enterprise] Top Sites Policy

Is it possible to remove the default sites in "Top Sites" using policy?

The default sites are youtube, facebook, reddit, wikipedia, @amazon, and twitter.  A lot of organizations aren't going to want to encourage their users to use these, or even block them.  When I used autoconfig, I created a preference to set "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.default.sites" to a blank string, and that worked perfectly.
