Hi,

Yes it is. You can download ADMX templates<https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/releases> to enable these options in your GPO management console.

Under GPO -> administrative templates -> Mozilla -> Firefox, you'll find a "Proxy Einstellungen" option that allows you to configure it.
