[Mozilla Enterprise] Support TLS 1.0 and 1.1

Hi,

up to which ESR version is the encryption TLS 1.0 and 1.1 still supported?
When will the support be expected to end? ( year/month )
Is the setting TLS min still configurable afterwards ( fallback, GPO, cfg file ) or will TLS 1.0 and 1.1 be completely deactivated.
