[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 60.6.3 Released

Firefox 60.6.3esr is now available for download at:
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/all/

This is a follow-up to the 60.6.2esr release to address some cases
where the mitigations for disabled web extensions weren't completely
effective.

As always, we recommend that users keep up to date with the newest
version of Firefox ESR for the latest stability and security fixes.
