[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 60.6.2 Released

Firefox ESR 60.6.2 is now available for download at
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all.html.

As always, we recommend that users keep up to date with the newest
version of Firefox ESR for the latest stability and security fixes.
This release repaired certificate chain to re-enable web extensions
<https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2019/05/04/update-regarding-add-ons-in-firefox/>
that had been disabled.
