[Mozilla Enterprise] Downgrade Protection and Profile Per Installation in Firefox 68

With profiles per installation, Firefox uses the install path to determine
if there should be a different profile. So if Firefox 67 and Firefox 68 are
in two different directories, they would use two different profiles.
So if Firefox is started from a different directory than before, it will
create a new profile directory.
You will be able to turn this off with an environment variable.
