[Mozilla Enterprise] On 07/09th, will Firefox ESR 60.7 update to 60.8 or 68.0?

They will update to 60.8. Automatic updates from 60.x to 68.x won't be
enabled until the 68.2 release when 60.x reaches EOL.

That said, we strongly advise you to begin internal testing when 68.0 is
released so there's time to address any critical issues found before
automatic updates are enabled.
