[Mozilla Enterprise] Way to get firefox settings defaults from outside firefox

Hi there.

I'm developing an application that detects the changes made to firefox
configuration by polling on current session preferences file and compare
the changes made to configuration.

The problem I'm having is that firefox does not saves changes with their
default value set, so I can only detect them by being removed from file if
they were set to another value previously, and as I can not know what type
or what value is the default I can not register what change was done.

Is there a way to get a list of all default values, or a default for an
specified setting from outside firefox? Maybe reading a master file or
something?
