[Mozilla Enterprise] Mozilla in Embargo countries

I'm not a lawyer and not gonna speak for Mozilla here; my layman
understanding is that an embargo would prevent Mozilla from forming a
business relationship with you in an affected country, but Firefox is free
software, so you can just download it and deploy it wherever you are and
that won't count as trading with the US.
