[Mozilla Enterprise] Error message with autoconfig and Firefox ESR 68

CCK2 will always need to be updated for ESR updates (and most Firefox
releases).

Firefox changes under the cover and your files need to be updated.

I've released a new CCK2 that has Firefox 68 compatibility

Firefox 68 will be the last ESR that supports CCK2, so I strongly recommend
moving to policies (and letting me know if you need things that aren't
there).
