[Mozilla Enterprise] Menu Button doesn't work in an Citrix ICA session after reconnecting to a disconnected session

this stopped working with the introduction of the hamburger menu, afair.
But I do this very seldom so I'm not quite sure, sorry.
I only use it to verify the FF version after a scipted update.
