[Mozilla Enterprise] Menu Button doesn't work in an Citrix ICA session after reconnecting to a disconnected session

Hallo,


something similar here with VNC (Remmina on RHEL 7.6 talking to remote 
Firefox on legacy Windows box with UltraVNC).
I can connect to the Windows machine and start FF, do all the usual stuff, 
but the menu does not display its window.
