[Mozilla Enterprise] Automatically import all bookmarks from all browsers

Is there a way to trigger an automatic import of all other browser 
bookmark/cookies/logins from the command line?  This would be really 
useful when you have a computer were the user has used other browsers 
and you want to move to Firefox and remove the others.
