[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox 71/68.3esr: Profile issues and bugs during upgrade

Hi.

Just wanted to report that we are also sporadically seeing the same profile-breaking behavior with patch upgrades to 68.3 ESR...

We are using the Ivanti patch catalog and Configuration Manager/WSUS to deploy.

We pulled the patches from deployment to production this week because of the problems we saw in the test group.
