[Mozilla Enterprise] Trouble with Safesign software

We didn't deploy 60, but have 54 rapid release where it works fine.
We might try to disable this option in the admx template and turn it on
especially for people using cardreaders combined with Sagesign.
Will see if I can file a bug with all the info.
