[Mozilla Enterprise] Trouble with Safesign software

Hi,

We are trying to deploy 68 esr, but are running into a peculiar problem.
When the workstation does not have a cardreader connected, but does have
Safesign software installed, Firefox fails in connecting to the internet.
The following issue is known with Safesign:
Firefox cannot handle a certificate that does not have a label. As a
workaround, you can set a label on the keys and certificate in the Token
Administration Utility’s Show Token Objects dialog.
Has someone encountered the same issue and found a solution/workaround?
